I just wanted to post my first decorated cake from my cake decorating class that I am taking right now! I am pleased with how it turned out. I am excited to keep on learning new techniques.

That cake looks so good! So cool! You should indulge our senses a little and tell us what kind of cake it is. I'm starting to think about making a Carrot Cake, doesn't it just sound like the perfect Autumn cake to make? I can make mine taste good, the decorating though....I think I might need to take a class first! :-)

It was a yellow cake with butter cream icing. Nothing to fancy, but a carrot cake does sound pretty good.
